David Machcuong Ho, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C
Meet David Machcuong Ho, a highly accomplished and passionate Dual Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Revive Health + Aesthetics. David's educational journey commenced in 2013 with an internship at Tufts University School of Medicine, where he discovered his love for beauty, art, science, and medicine. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Elms College School of Nursing, followed by his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-FNP) with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University School of Nursing.
Prior to joining Revive Health + Aesthetics, David garnered eight years of valuable experience at Baystate Health, excelling as a phlebotomist and Perianesthesia Registered Nurse (RN). He is a proud member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Association (ANA).
As an ambitious and dedicated nurse practitioner, David finds deep fulfillment in providing exceptional care to others. David states, “I profoundly believe the best kind of work is the kind of work you can’t tell.”
Beyond his professional endeavors, David cherishes spending quality time with his partner and pug, Rosie.
Emily Jaconski, LA
Emily received her aesthetician license in January 2021 and has found a passion for providing result, driven treatments to her patients as an aesthetician. Emily specializes in advance aesthetic treatments, preventative/anti-aging treatments, and corrective chemical peels. She is passionate about staying educated and current on research in order to further advance the skin care industry. She believes that investing in your skin is a benefit that lasts a lifetime, and her goal is to help patients by providing education and treatments on preventative care.

Paulina Samolewicz, RN-BSN
Meet Paulina, a passionate and motivated bilingual Registered Nurse speaking English and Polish. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from The University of Rhode Island and is CMSRN Board Certified. With 12 years of experience in a medical field she brings a lot of knowledge of aesthetics and has been in love with this area of medicine. Paulina is a well versed nurse who has worked on multiple different units, and in the past 3 years as a PACU nurse. She has multiple aesthetic certifications and is a proud member of The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau. With a passion in skin and learning, Paulina is always educating herself on new skills and services to make sure she provides her clients with the best care possible.
